31. Havana Syndrome

The relationship between Cuba and the United States has been rocky to say the least, but when it is resolved, everyone is excited to end the 50 year dilemma...or are they? Once embassy workers from Canada and the United States go to Cuba, they start hearing a strange noise and coming down with a range of symptoms. What is causing the noise? What is causing the diplomats to be sick?
