136. Thomas Edison’s Spirit Phone
Thomas Edison invented the incandescent lightbulb, the motion picture camera, the alkaline battery, and the phonograph just to name a few. You may also know him for being infamous for taking other peoples’ ideas and patenting them as his own. There was one time he made an invention to make it possible to communicate with the dead, but he destroyed it before going public with it, or so the legends claim.
